Our Lady of Apostles Premier College is a Catholic Co-Educational School founded by the Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles, Nigeria Province.

The school came into existence on 15 September 2008. It is located in Aruogba community, Oredo Local Government, Benin City, Edo State and occupies 2.695 hectares of land.

The vision of the congregation in establishing the college includes:

To build on and co-ordinate the initial educational impact on the children after the nursery and primary education.

To empower and conscientize children through education

To make effort in helping children achieve their potential in spiritual formation and learn leadership skills for the service of God and humanity

To provide qualitative and affordable secondary school education for all children.

Our Lady of Apostles Premier College does not only offer academics, it also bring about the total development of each child: Spiritual, Moral, Intellectual, Social, Emotional and Physical.


Our Lady of Apostles Premier College is a Private Co-Educational School which places emphasis on traditional Christian values of truth, justice, honesty and the fear of God.

Our primary mission is to empower all students to become increasingly aware of their basic self- worth, to deepen their love for moral values and principles that will enable them to make good choices and live simple life styles.


Our Motto “Education for Empowerment” is our guideline in training the students in attaining good reputation, diligence, sound character and giving witness to the teachings of Christ.

Our History in Nigeria
Founded in 1876 by Fr. Augustine Planque SMA, the mission of the O.L.A. Sisters is to continue the work of evangelization which the Apostles received from the Lord. With the zeal for mission, O.L.A.
