WORLD MISSION DAY 19TH OCTOBER 2014.

Every year in October, the Pope declares World Mission Day to be celebrated in every Catholic Church all over the world. For this reason, the month of October is known as MISSION Month.

The Pope's missionary intention for this month is "that World Mission Day may rekindle in every believer zeal for carrying the Gospel into all the world".

During this month, we are reminded to pray specially for the evangelizing mission of the Church in the whole world, to pray for missionaries especially those working in difficult areas and to give financial donations in support of the young and needy Churches everywhere in the world.

As baptized Christians, we are all missionaries. So let us do something to participate in the evangelizing mission of the Church. ANSWER YOUR MISSIONARY CALL TODAY!
